Deposits

Individual Game Purchase

For individual game sales that are IN-STOCK, and orders up to 10 units, it is NOT required to place a deposit. We can however, hold a deposit on any game to secure its availability in our inventory. Deposits cannot be accepted to retain special incentive pricing or discounted monthly specials or pricing. It will be required to collect a 60% deposit at time of purchase for machines that are currently in production. The remaining balance will be due at time of shipment. A deposit must also be collected for all games purchased through our international manufacturers. Please understand that shipping time on international orders can take up to 60 days. This includes full production and ocean transport to nearest port. Expedited delivery options are available at an increased rate. JennTech Unlimited Corporation requires that all equipment orders be paid in full before equipment will ship.

Multiple Game Purchase

For game orders over 10 units but less than 50 units, it will be at the discretion of the JennTech staff member assisting the customer with the order, whether or not a deposit will be required. Because large orders require manufactures to build and store games until the order is fulfilled, it may be required to pay 10% on the final invoice before our staff can proceed. This deposit must be received and processed prior to any orders being placed with the manufactures. JennTech Unlimited Corporation requires that all equipment orders be paid in full before equipment will ship.

Bulk Order (50 Games or Greater)

For orders over 50 games, it will be required that the customer place a deposit on the full order. 10% will be required 5 business days after the final invoice has been delivered to the customer.  Because large orders require manufactures to build and store games until the order is fulfilled, it WILL be required to pay 10% on the final invoice before our staff can proceed. Please note that the full amount of the invoice must be transferred before any order will be placed with the manufacturers. JennTech Unlimited Corporation must receive full payment in advance to proceed with game or equipment sale. Should your finance company require, we can provide you with the serial numbers to all games on the invoice before the transfer of funds.

Custom Floor Plan Design

Floor plans and game room layouts or designs must be purchased in full before design work can begin. Our design cost is fully refundable should your firm purchase amusement machines through our company. A minimum quantity of machines does apply.
