Revenue Share & Leasing

JennTech Corporation has many profit-share agreements available to new or existing entertainment centers, bars, clubs, restaurants, and hotels. We supply the equipment, service and routine maintenance; you supply the location. By allowing a company like JennTech to fulfill your amusement needs, you will have less anxiety about opening a new facility or modifying an existing location. If an agreement is signed, JennTech provides all the amusement machines into the facility for a percentage of the profit. This is at no cost to the client, enabling customers to concentrate their capital on other parts of their facility. We bring it in, set it up and there begins the profit sharing. All machines will be owned by JennTech and serviced by our staff. This not only saves you money, but also allows for a lower payroll for your management. We take care of everything, and provide a 24 hour service line to reach one of our technicians should you require any repairs. These agreements can be tailored to fit the needs of your management and your individual location.

will no longer engage in Revenue share agreements

with new business'.

Example of Schedule

Generally upon initial contact, our staff will survey your location, we will give your management ideas for the type of equipment we believe will work in your particular facility. We will also listen to your requests for the type of units that you would like.

Our staff will then discuss other options including any competition in your market, if we believe we can help your facility prosper, we will present a proposal to your staff.

Your staff reviews our proposal and our terms, we then discuss the types of units and the percentage that we believe to be economical.

If mutually agreed to, JennTech Corporation will place the agreed units into your facility on the schedule provided to you at signing. Again all at no cost to you. We will then train your personal on the equipment and set up a collection schedule. You can then sit back and relax! We take care of the rest.

CURRENT REVENUE SHARE INCENTIVES

No Risk Game Trial! RAPTOR CAPTOR DELUXE

We will place a brand new Raptor Captor into your location at no charge to you. The machine will be brought in and set up for a test period of 90 days. We collect a percentage of its profit and provide maintenance. If at the end of 90 days, you do not like the performance of the game, we will remove it no questions asked. Should you like the unit, you may continue on a profit share basis with a contract or you may buy the piece directly from us.

- Facility must meet our criteria for game placement

- JennTech will collect a percentage of the units weekly revenue. The percentage will be determined by our staff at implementation. Usually between 51-60 percent.

- JennTech shall not pay ticket costs or any promo fees while machine is in place. Should this be an issue, our staff can work on an alternative arrangement.

No Risk Game Trial! SKILL STOP SLOT MACHINE (THEMED TO YOUR FACILITY)

We will place a brand new Skill Slot Machine into your location at no charge to you. The machine will be themed to your facility and dispense redemption tickets only. The unit will be brought in and set up for a test period of 90 days. We collect a percentage of its profit and provide maintenance. If at the end of 90 days, you do not like the performance of the game, we will remove it no questions asked. Should you like the unit, you may continue on a profit share basis with a contract or you may buy the piece directly from us.
