JennTech Unlimited Corporation ships all equipment offered on this site to any State domestically. Shipping rates are NOT included in prices posted to this website. Shipping charges are additional and can be calculated by calling a JennTech representative. Please contact us for any information or to obtain a shipping quote. JennTech does our best to include the weight of each game online. We are however NOT responsible for incorrect weights posted to this site. Please contact us directly for specific weights before final shipping arrangements are made. Currently, we charge a flat shipping rate to all products so that customers can order immediately off the website. After calculating the actual cost of shipping, a refund will be sent to the customer for any portion of the allowance not used. If the cost of shipping is more than what was charged, the customer must arrange to settle this difference before equipment will be sent.

Domestic Common Carrier

A cheap alternative should the customer or the business have the ability to offload the equipment from the truck without the assistance of a lift gate. This service is offered at a lower cost per unit and offered for bulk order purchases. Please note that some common carriers will not ship to residential address. Truck may not have a lift gate, customer may be responsible for offloading all equipment. Customers may also arrange for their own transport of machines. Please note that equipment comes directly from the manufacturer and not our Daytona Beach location. To expedite all online orders, flat fee shipping rates are charged up-front while placing an order online. Should the actual shipping charge cost less than what was charged, we will refund the difference by company check within two weeks after game delivery.

Domestic In-Home or Business Delivery

Customer does not have to lift a finger! Shipping will be arranged through North American Van Lines Home Express. This service will pick up the unit at the factory or our used game warehouse, deliver the unit to a residential or commercial address, where the unit will be offloaded and installed into your house or business. Customer does not have to help offload equipment, units will be installed into customers home or business by the shipping crew. Please note that this service is offered at a higher cost than shipping with a common carrier. All units ordered online will not include this service unless customer states other wise in the message box while placing an order.

JennTech Unlimited Corporation offers some amusement equipment from leading manufactures throughout Europe and Asia. Currently we do not keep an active stock of machines from the companies that we distribute for. This keeps the customer cost down! Should a customer place an order for equipment that is offered by our International Manufactures, we will arrange for prompt delivery of your equipment. Currently we offer International Air Service to major U.S. airports, or Ocean Freight to major U.S. Ports. JennTech Unlimited Corporation will arrange for all equipment to be delivered to the customers address from the terminal or port unless the customer specifies other wise. Below are average costs to ship a game under 600 pounds. All freight must be paid in advance by customer before shipment will be sent.

Ocean Freight: Average $450.00-$600.00 (3-6 Weeks Delivery)

Air Freight: Average $1200.00-$2700.00 (7-15 Days)

All equipment offered by JennTech can be shipped globally to all international destinations. Shipping lengths can be increased significantly depending upon the country where the unit will be sent. We will work with your company and the currier to expedite all over seas shipments. Some games and equipment offered on this site may be illegal in different countries, please check with your government before an order is placed and before shipping arrangements have been made. Customer shall be responsible for all tariffs, taxes, and port fees. Shipping lengths are on average 3-4 weeks after total funds transfer and verification. Please be advised that special offers including free shipping or freight on select products are for Domestic locations only. Contact us for today for additional information.

Bulk-Order Shipment (Entire Facility Set-Up)

On larger orders including entire game room set-up and bulk order purchasing, shipping is included on the invoice. A shipping allowance is set up based upon total number of games ordered. All games on the invoice will be delivered to the customer via JennTech personal or contracted shipping carriers. This fee will include game installation and placement. Monies not used in allowance are refunded to the customer via company check immediately after the sale is complete.

Individual Game Pick-Up

Games and equipment that are in-stock may be picked up at our office or warehouse. Please note that we do not have a loading dock; we can assist with the loading of all equipment into your vehicle or truck with our forklift. Most new equipment is shipped factory direct from the manufactures to the end purchaser. Because we don't require a large warehouse, we can pass the savings on to you! Please note: games and equipment sold through online auction companies on consignment, must be shipped through the a carrier of our choosing. Please note: games and equipment sold through online auction companies and on consignment, cannot be picked up at our location. In many cases these units are sold through consignment for our clients. These units may be located across the United States, or in a foreign Country. Equipment may not necessarily be in our warehouse in Daytona Beach, Florida. We will not give out information and or location of the equipment until unit and equipment has been paid in full including shipping.

Storage

If your building is not yet complete and you want to take advantage of savings offered at the time, we can store equipment ordered from the manufacturers we represent. Please note that there will be a storage fee for such equipment, and that the equipment will be insured at the customers expense.

Free Shipping

JennTech Unlimited Corporation occasionally offers free shipping on certain games as incentives. Should an order be placed while such a promotion is occurring, JennTech will have the equipment shipped directly to the customer at NO cost. Should a manufacture offer free shipping of any of its products, JennTech will pass the savings along and announce such promotions on our website.
